Emmanuel Gonon
CEO, CTO, and Founder
An authentic visionary entrepreneur, E. Gonon leads strategy and day to day
operations at Oslo Software. Before founding Oslo, he was an Investment Buyer
with BSN Glasspack. Subsequently, he took part in the development of the Renault
Hungary subsidiary and became the data-processing project leader for Central
European countries.
He graduated from Arts et Métiers as an engineer, and is a graduate
of the Lyon Management School (Master's Degree in Technology and Innovation
Management). |

Dominique
Butel
President and COO
Dominique brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing
and business development. Prior to joining Oslo he served as Vice President
of Sales and Business Development at Open Country, where he successfully
expanded the company’s worldwide sales channel. Prior to Open
Country he was vice president of corporate sales at Agentis Software
where he grew revenue from zero to $8 million in just two years. He
was also worldwide director of corporate business development at Ascential,
and was responsible for closing eight key OEMs and reseller agreements,
including Business Objects, Hyperion, HP, Sun Microsystems and Siebel.
Dominique holds a master's degree in information technology from CENORI
- ESCAE Le Havre-France and a BA in economics from Rouen University,
France. |

Christian Poullain
Vice President, Sales - Europe and co-Founder
C. Poullain is responsible for Oslo's Business Development with the objective
of providing support for its growth in territories, market segments and target
channels. He has more than 25 years of experience in data-processing.
In 2001, he created ASPEN-ONE, a consulting company working in secure infrastructures
(1,500,000 €, 10 persons). Until 1999, he exercised the duties of Account
Manager, Sales Manager, and then Agency Manager (90,000,000 €, 140 persons)
at Digital. He became Marketing Manager of the Southern Europe Service and
Solution division at AMDHAL before joining the American operator VIATEL in
2000 as the Sales & Marketing Manager for France.
He has a D.E.S.S. diploma in international marketing. |

Roger Phillip
Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
Roger has been a strategic resource in building numerous technology
companies from concept to multi-million dollar businesses through organic
growth and M&A. He is accomplished in all aspects of corporate marketing,
channel marketing, and product marketing and product management. Roger
has extensive experience creating, executing, and managing corporate
and product image and messaging, cross-functional campaign and product
launches, customer acquisition and retention programs, and product packaging,
pricing and delivery strategies.
Roger has a degree in Bio-Medical and Electrical Engineering from Michigan
State University. |

Denis Thoral
Chief Financial Officer
Denis brings 12 years of experience to Oslo in structuring and managing
financial services for small and mid-sized companies. He started his
career with COOPERS & LYBRAND as an associate in their audit services
practice. Denis has held financial management positions with ATARI, IDS
France, ADGEST.
Denis graduated from Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper school
of business) in 1995 with a MBA (Finance and Information Systems).
Prior to that Denis graduated in 1992 from the University of Hartford
(CT) with a BSBA (Economics and Finance). |

J. Odell
Chief Technology Strategist
James J. Odell serves as the Chief Technology Strategist for Oslo Software.
With more than 37 years in the IT industry, Odell will focus on the
company’s technology vision to ensure customer and Partner success through
the development of industry-leading dynamic resource allocation and
management technology. Mr. Odell will be responsible for the advancement of
Oslo Software's product and technology leadership in standards
organizations. Additionally, he will focus on elevating the company's vision
and influence in the Business Process Management market.
Mr. Odell has been a consultant, writer, and educator in the areas of
object-oriented and agent-based systems, methodology, business modeling,
ontology, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). He has been the chair of
the OMG's Analysis and Design Task Force for ten years and has participated
in the development of the UML 1.0 and UML 2.0 Standards. He is the acting
chair of the OMG's SOA Task Force, The Open Group's Adaptive Business
Solutions group, and the IEEE FIPA standards committee. He has authored and
edited many books on object orientation as well as agent-oriented software
engineering.
